 Couple get hitched, with even the guests shocked at the surprised ceremony. The couple, who first met ten years ago when they presented BBC show Fame Academy, tied the knot in the beautiful setting of St Isidore’s College chapel on Saturday, with Patrick's parish priest Father Gary Donegan marrying the couple. An insider revealed guests had only found out about the wedding "last minute” with Cat as recently as August claiming they had no plans to marry. "We only found out at the last minute. It was a really perfect day,” a source told The Mirror. "It was a beautiful ceremony, just close friends and family. "They’ve been pals for ages and we all just wonder what took them so long.” Cat, who reportedly wore flowers in her hair, walked down the aisle in a beautiful ruffled dress with BFF, Radio 1 presenter Edith Bowman acting as bridesmaid. "It was a very intimate service with just 60 friends and family," an eye witness told The Sun. "Cat was stunning and she looked absolutely beautiful, and the reception afterwards was pretty quiet by normal standards". The couple went public with their romance in May after they were spotted on holiday together, with Patrick moving into the TV presenter's Beverly Hills home soon after.
