Fit And Trim with Jesse Jane
Being in the adult business, I have to take care of my body, I mean it is my job. It’s really important now since everything is shot on HD film.
What I do is walk a lot. If I’m home I try to get in at least five miles a day. Recently I’ve been working with a trainer. At first it was to gain weight and train to box for a movie I shot called “The Fighters,” and right now it’s to lose the weight I gained for the movie! (laughs) As long as I get in cardio four times a week I’m good.
I also eat healthy most of the time. I eat a lot of egg whites, chicken, fruit and yogurt. I drinks lots of water, no sodas. My weakness is sweets though, so what I do is eat frozen yogurt to fulfill my sweet cravings and I add fruit and maybe almonds to that. It makes it healthy, but it feels like you are being bad.
That’s how I try to maintain a healthy figure!
